Can You Limit Use on a School-Issued Chromebook?

A parent recently asked a question many of us are thinking:

“Is there a way to limit use on a school-issued Chromebook? My teen keeps getting distracted by Pinterest and similar sites when she should be focusing on schoolwork. I don’t want to block the internet completely, just reduce the distractions.”

It’s a real struggle.
